Ingredients: • 500 grams white glutinous rice, soaked for 2 hours and drained • 500 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut • 200 grams brown sugar • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar • 3 pandan leaves, shredded and tied into knots Preparations: • Steam glutinous rice for 15 minutes and leave to cool • Boil coconut milk, sugar and pandan leaves until thick and oily. Add glutinous rice and continue cooking until the rice is done and the coconut milk has been absorbed. Stir while cooking so that the mixture is well-mixed. It should not be scorched and the rice grains should remain whole. • Pour into baking tray, press evenly and leave to cool
