Ingredients: 1 tbl Oil 1 med Onion, finely chopped 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Lemon grass 1 tsp Sambal oelek Sliver of shrimp paste (belacan) 1 tsp Salt 1 cup Coconut milk 450 gm Shelled frozen prawns Method: Heat oil and lightly saute onion and garlic. Add garlic, turmeric, cummin and lemon grass. Stir and add sambal oelek, shrimp paste and salt. Stir again. Add coconut milk and bring to a boil. Lower heat and add prawns. Simmer uncovered for 15-20 mins. Serve with rice.
