Udang Goreng Asam Garam Riau (Riau Salty and Sour Lobster)

Ingredients:
• 2 lobster tails, medium
• 2 tablespoon tamarind (asam jawa) juice
• 1 teaspoon sweet soy sauce ( kecap manis)
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoon peanut oil or margarine

Preparations:
• Scrub lobster shells, split them open from the underside and remove black veins. Slice remaining lobsters into portions
• Mix tamarind juice, soy sauce and salt together. Rub solution into lobster
• Heat oil in a frying pan (skillet) and fry lobster portion until light brown. Serve hot.
