Temoe Coe (Glutinous Rice Flour Buns with Sesame Feeling)

Ingredients:
• 300 cc warm coconut milk from ½ coconut, with ¼ teaspoon salt added
• 350 grams glutinous rice flour banana leaves, for lining
• sesame seed, for decoration

Filling:
• 175 grams brown sugar, finely sliced
• 150 grams sesame seeds, dry-fried and ground

Preparations:
Filling: mix brown sugar and ground sesame seeds and set aside
• Pour warm coconut milk, a little at a time, onto glutinous rice flour, kneading until the dough can be shaped. Divide into 15 balls.
• Flatten each ball to ½ cm thickness, place filling and reshapeinto balls
• Put each glutinous rice balls on a small piece of banana leaf and sprinkle the surface with some sesame seeds. Steam for about 30 minutes until done. Serve together with leaf lining.
