Rucuh Mangga (Cold Mango Serving)

Ingredients:
• 3-5 tablespoons granulated sugar
• 5 bird’s eye chillies, finely sliced
• 500 grams unripmangoes, sliced
• cooked water
• ice cubes

Preparations:
• Add sugar and chillies to mangoes. Add cooked water; the amount varies according to preference.
• To serve: If the mangoes are too sour, squeeze with 1 teaspoon salt and set aside for 5 minutes. Rinse with cold cooked water and drain. Add the desired amount of water and serve with ice cubes.
