Rose Syrup

By: Cook Indonesian

Ingredients:
• 500 mL water
• 480 gr sugar
• 1 teaspoon rose essence (extract)
• 2 drops red food clouring (optional)

Preparations:
• Bring water and sugar to the boil in a large pot, then remove from heat and leave to cool.
• Add rose essence and food colouring, if desired.
