Ingredients: • 500 grams pumpkin • 200 grams granulated sugar • ½ teaspoon salt • 250 grams rice flour • 500 cc coconut milk from 1 ½ coconuts • 10 pieces of jackfruit, cut into 1x1 cm pieces • banana leaves, for wrapping Preparations: • Peel pumpkin, cut into pieces, steam until done, mash and mix with sugar, salt and rice flour. Add coconut milk and stir evenly. Add jackfruit pieces. • Take 3-4 tablespoons dough, wrap in a banana leaf cut as for Nagasari and steam for 50 minutes until done.
