Ingredients: 1 teaspoon instant yeast 375 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut, warmed 250 grams wheat flour 150 grams granulated sugar 2 eggs Ό teaspoon baking soda margarine, for brushing Topping: Peanuts, dryfried, peeled and chopped Sesame seeds, dry-fried Granulated sugar Chocolate Sweetened condensed milk Fruit Jam Preparations: Add yeast to warm coconut milk and stir until the yeast is dissolved and the mixture foams. Set aside. Mix flour and sugar, make a hole in the centre, put in the eggs. Stir while adding yeast-and-coconut milk mixture until the batter is well-mixed and the sugar is dissolved. Add baking soda and stir again until smooth. Set aside in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Heat a frying pan and brush with margarine. Pour batter in and cook until it rises. Before the surface dries, add topping ingredients and fold in two.
