Martabak Manis (Sweet Crepes)

Ingredients:
• 1 teaspoon instant yeast
• 375 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut, warmed
• 250 grams wheat flour
• 150 grams granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• Ό teaspoon baking soda margarine, for brushing

Topping:
• Peanuts, dry–fried, peeled and chopped
• Sesame seeds, dry-fried
• Granulated sugar
• Chocolate
• Sweetened condensed milk
• Fruit Jam

Preparations:
• Add yeast to warm coconut milk and stir until the yeast is dissolved and the mixture foams. Set aside.
• Mix flour and sugar, make a hole in the centre, put in the eggs. Stir while adding yeast-and-coconut milk mixture until the batter is well-mixed and the sugar is dissolved. Add baking soda and stir again until smooth. Set aside in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
• Heat a frying pan and brush with margarine. Pour batter in and cook until it rises. Before the surface dries, add topping ingredients and fold in two.
