Indonesian Tofu with Peanut Butter

Ingredients:
1 lb Tofu -- medium or firm
1/4 cup Peanut butter -- creamy
1/4 cup -- water
2 tbl Soy sauce
2 tsp Lemonjuice
2 tsp Honey or maple syrup
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Ginger
1 tbl Onion -- grated

Method:
Slice tofu ito 1/2-inch slices. DRain between layers of towels. Place tofu in a single layer in a 7 x 11-inch baking pan In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Mix with a fork or wire whsk until wel-blended.
Sprad mixture evenlyover tofu. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator and let stand at room temperature 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Bake tofu, uncovered, 15 minutes. Then place uner broiler and broil until nicely browned.
