Hot Coconut Relish (sambal Kelapa)

Ingredients:
8 servings
1 cup grated coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 cup ground hot red peppers
1 tsp. shrimp paste
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped garlic
1 tbs. brown sugar (delete when using sweetened grated coconut)
salt to taste

Direction:
Mix all ingredients and fry until brown and dry, stirring constantly
