Ingredients: • 50 grams rice flour • 600 cc coconut milk from 1 coconut • 2 pandan leaves, shredded and tied into knots • 75 grams granulated sugar • ¼ teaspoon vanilla • ¼ teaspoon salt • 8 ripe raja or kepuk bananas, steamed, peeled and cut into pieces. • Red syrup • Ice cubes Preparations: • Dilute rice flour with part of the coconut milk. • Boil remaining coconut milk with pandan leaves, sugar, vanilla and salt. Pour in the flour liquid and stir well. • To serve: pour rice flour porridge onto bananas, then add red syrup and ice cubes
