Ingredients: • 1 packet white agar agar powder • 700 cc water • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar • food dye, according to preference • ice cubes Coconut Milk Sauce: • 1 litre coconut milk from 2 coconuts • 150 grams brown sugar • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar • 3 pandan leaves, shredded and tied into knots • 5 pieces ripe jackfruit, diced into 1 cm cubes Preparations: • Mix agar agar powder with water, sugar and dye. Boil and leave to cool until the agar agar sets. • Coconut Milk Sauce: boil ingredients, stirring constantly to prevent curdling. Leave to cool. • To Serve: Spoon up the agar agar or dice it, put into a glass or bowl, pour in coconut milk sauce and add ice cubes
