Ingredients: • 5 eggs • 1 spring onion (scallion), coarsely chopped • 1 pea-size dried prawn paste • ½ teaspoon salt • 2 tablespoon peanut oil Preparations: • Crack eggs into a bowl and beat lightly. Add spring onion, dried prawn paste and salt. Stir. • Heat peanut oil in a frying pan (skillet). Pour in egg mixture and fry on both sides • Cut omelette into broad strips and serve warm
