Barongko ( Banana in Leaf Wrapping)

Ingredients:
• 18 ripe kepuk bananas
• 5 eggs, lightly beaten
• 150 grams granulated sugar
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 50 grams milk powder, optional
• 500 cc coconut milk from 1 ½ coconuts
• banana leaves, for wrapping
• 5 pandan leaves, cut into 5-cm pieces

Preparations:
• Peel bananas and mash. Mix with eggs, sugar, salt and milk powder. Add coconut milk and stir well.
• Take 2 pieces of banana leaves, put 1-2 pandan leaf cuts and add 3-5 tablespoons dough. Wrap and fasten. Steam for about 1 hour until done. Leave to cool.
