  2. The candidate should avoid false details of qualification, experience etc which he may find it difficult to justify and support later.
  3. Being dishonest causes lack of confidence in the intervew and handling of the imminent job.
  4. The employer feels that the candidate has not executed the said responsibility as is described hence the changes of rejection are magnanimous.
  5. Take a cue from tonal variations, facial expression and thrust of questions from the  interview panel and respond appropriately.

  1. Mistakes in resumes can give the impression that the candidate is not properly preapared .
  2. Mistakes also demonstrate the carelessness in resume building and may create an impression that the candidate may not have written the facts properly, or the resume is exaggerated.

  1. The resume should be build using simple fonts on an A4 size white paper which could be bond paper.
  2. Space the words and sentences neatly so that they are easily read and do not appear cluttered.
  3. Lot of attraction in the resume may shift the interviewer's focus.
 
  Flow  
 
  1. The resume should have a good flow.
  2. Personal details could be staffed in the ending.
  3. You could state the qualification in brief along with the name at the top.
  4. Then the first paragraph could contain a brief description of your job experience using short and sweet, action words.
