Qualifications:
1. Degree in Geology from recognized University
2. 8-10+ years experience in Mine Development and or exploration during gold exploration
3. Strong computer skills in Micromine (or similar)
4. Diamond drilling experience particularly in resource drill-out and near mine exploration activities
5. Well developed teamwork skills and can demonstrate good leadership abilities
6. Strong written and spoken English skill
7. Strong logic and clear thought processes
8. Strong safety record and safety leadership skills
