Requirements :
Degree in Engineering/Marine license in nautical and at least 5 years continued services in the field of Oil and Gas or preferably from Shipping industries
Age not more than 45 years old
Understand and familiar with Quality/Safety management system based on ISM Code and ISO 9001:2000, OSHAS 18001:1999, ISO 14001:2004, classification rules, flag state requirement to the ship managed by the company
Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the HSE and Quality Management Policy and business of the company, controlling and up dating to the related rules, regulation and requirements. Also responsible for the implementation of security system in Company’s Vessel/Marine Terminal
Understand the basic concept of Marine Terminal/Crude Oil Transport and fully familiar with rules, regulation, laws pertinent to the Oil and Gas industry related to safety, health and environment
Have good managerial skill especially in the areas of HSE Management System and implementation
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal & written
Good Leadership, problem solving, planning, organizing, controlling and interpersonal skills
Mentioned an expected salary is preferred
