Requirements:
Male, age 30 - 40 years old
Hold S1 degree majoring in Business Admin Management/Law
Minimum 3 years managerial experience as HRD Manager in a Manufacturing Company
Good understanding of Labor Law
Has experience dealing with Labor Union and factory security
Familiar with immigration visa application and relevant permits for a manufacturing company
Computer literate (MS Office) and able to improve computerized payroll system
Able to speak and write in English and has good interpersonal and communication skills
