Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the presence of an effective and efficient system of internal controls, financial monitoring systems implemented for plantation development projects & operating procedures for safeguarding company's assets.
2. Cost management and following efficient and effective process and controls, set in place systems for financial reporting to continuously review and monitor the development of plantation projects, including the monitoring of the progress against time schedules. Identify variances and recommend means of rectifying expenditure variances, assist the senior management in reviewing and developing development programs
3. Develop financial budget in line with development requirements, assist the management in the budgeting process by coordinating
4. Ensure efficient ash flow planning, and managing all operational finance aspects of the plantation unit
Qualifications:
1. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor degree in Accounting, through knowledge of IFRS Standards and familiar with ERP system Environment
2. Minimum 10 years working experience in similar positions and at least 5 years in Senior Manager category
3. Possess strong leadership and analytical skills, excellent report writing and communicatin skills (Proficiency in English and computer literacy are essential)
