Customer Care Specialist (Post Date: 19th July 2008) - Jakarta

Qualifications:
1. Receive calls from customers and prospects
2. Maintain and retain communication with customers
3. Help customer to troubleshoot problem
4. Male/ Female, 23-30 years, D3/S1 graduates
5. Minimum of 1 year working IT/computer related experience, preferably from ISP
6. Friendly, experienced in handling customer complaint, telemarketing/ call center
7. Excellent written and communication skills
8. Creative problem solving abilities
9. Willing to work shift
