Objective:
Develop and implement a consitent and integrated marketing and sales strategy for a group of the organization's products in order to meet established sales or market share targets
Key activities:
1. Responsible for the achievement of the optimum sales target of each principal, develop principals' sales strategy according to organization's vision and mission
2. Perform a range of activities to effectively market assigned products such as conducting market research, overseeing product development and design, setting prices, launching new products, overseeing advertising campagins and monitoring sales performance
3. Maintain good relationship with principals, ensure implementation of principals' programs in sales activity, negotiate with principals' for sales target, understand business potential and competition of each principal & seek business opportunity for them
4. Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify market, opportunity for the products
5. Monitor, analyze and evaluate product performance and customer feedback to generate new product ideas, identify product features that need to be changed to meet customer needs
6. Allocate resources and schedule marketing and advertising activities according to the importance of each product in the organization's overall marketing strategy for product line
7. Manage a team of Brand/ Product Marketing
Qualifications:
1. Male/ Female, minimum 3-5 years experience in Product Marketing. Degree holder from Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Technique Industry, Chemical Engineering, Mnining or Oil & Gas Engineering
2. Ability to handle brand management, joint marketing, support event
3. Can develop marketing strategy and managing budget
4. Must have excellent presentation and communication skills, negotiation and correspondent
5. Good command of spoken and written in English
6. Capability to work under pressure and having strong self driven
