Reasons to get your site rejected or your IP banned:
These reasons exist for one purpose, that is to make your links more valuable to you and our visitors. Website submission is currently free, but that is no reason you should abuse it. When we list only quality content websites, your inbound links will be more valuable than the so-called link farms.  
 
--- Pornographic and gambling sites
We are trying to make this directory as decent as possible. There is no value in linking with pornographic or gambling sites for us. If our visitors want to see these two categories, they can simply google porn or gambling. Quite simple.
 
--- Inappropriate category
Misplacing category waste both of our times and efforts. We have overwhelming submission request and when you simply choose your category as 'business' rather than going deeper, we will reject your site straight out. When you are being thoughtless with us, we will too. If your site is about gaming and you put it under 'general category', we will ban your IP.
 
--- Low content websites with broken links
When you haven't finished your website, don't submit. We will reject it. You can always submit later. We only accept submissions of websites that have some content already in place. Further, content does not mean linking or using writings from other sources.
 
--- Subdomain or subdirectory
We may accept subdomain when appropriate but nine times out of ten, your main home page is pretty descriptive on what your site is all about. Therefore, when you submit your subdomain, we treat it as multiple submissions, which causes us to ban your IP !! If you are not sure, email us if your subdomain is appropriate.
 
--- One or two sentence blog
When you do not have much content, delay your submission. It is better than getting your site rejected. Site rejection will waste both of our times. Seriously, when you have decent content, we will accept your site submission anyway and it all works out best.
 
--- Multiple submissions of the same domain
Some sites will submit all of their pages to web directory. Hey, we are not google sitemap tool. Multiple submissions is irritable and we always rush to press the IP ban button right away. Your previous submission will be deleted even if we had accepted your other sites long before the IP ban.
 
--- Purposeful blending of Google Adsense
We understand that some sites are trying to make money from Google Adsense and the like. But, when you try to deceive your visitor that hard, what will make us trust you that your site is a well-intentioned one? We have encountered some sites where the link, text and title of their content is exactly the same as their google adsense layout. While some webmasters may disagree with our stance, we are not the only web directory submission service around. You are welcomed to add your site elsewhere if you disagree.
 
--- Excessive Google Adsense and links without any content
We have seen one debt consolidation website where the only content is its google adsense ad! The rest of it would be links pointing to other debt consolidation website. Seriously, we will press the reject button straight away and the IP ban button if you are unlucky.
 
--- Two or three websites with duplicate content
This annoys us. I know. A lot of things annoy us. But if your content is the same, that won't do us any good for listing both sites. In fact, we distrust if your intention is a good one. Generally, we will reject both sites when that happens.
 
--- Suspicious white or other empty space
If you have more than half a page of empty space, delete it. Otherwise, we might think of it as a way for webmaster to do keyword stuffing over the white background (or any other empty space). Keyword stuffing is considered cheating by Google and us. When you are willing to cheat to get high in the search engine rank, what else would you do? Even when you are not stuffing your keyword over the empty space, please consider deleting it. Your website layout will look nicer that way.
 
--- BIG BOLD CAPITAL LETTER and excessive use of exclamation mark!!
We can still clearly see that you had submitted the details of your website. There is no need to use big bold letter because it sounds like you are SHOUTING. Further, this is not a classified ad where you act as if you are promoting your website!! This web directory is merely a listing site and not a promotional venue. If you want to advertise your site, there will be other opportunities for that and there are separate space for that as well.
 
--- Repetitive words on your title, descriptions or elsewhere
We know that your website is about Hotel in London. There is no need to put the title such as " London Hotel, Hotel in London, The best London hotel". This is obviously trying to stuff keyword onto your title. It pains other people to read that kind of your description in your listing.
 
--- Blank Description, Title or wrong URL address
If you are serious about listing your website with us, surely you will put some thoughts of putting your site description, title and your correct URL address. When you didn't do any of these, your site submission will be rejected.
 
--- Slow Loading Webpages
Webpages that are very slow to load will be rejected. Reason? Possible spyware downloading and other things. If you use a very slow webhosting, please change. Come on. Good webhosting is very cheap nowadays. And we use broadband connection to view your website. If your website won't load within the first ten seconds, we suspect that it will be downloading spywares.
 
A lot of webmasters will disagree with our stance. If you are among one of them, you are welcomed to email us anytime, or submit your website to hundreds of other web directories elsewhere. Would you rather submit to hundred of link-farms that may not exist tomorrow? or would you rather get your site in order and submit to a few higher quality free web directory? The choice is yours.
